Rostratus Sand Diver is a large Lake Malawi hap known for its sand-diving behavior, impressive adult size, and calm-to-moderate temperament compared with many large predator haps. Males may color down after shipping or when moved to a new aquarium, but they usually regain color once settled and comfortable.
