Iceberg Fire and Ice Blueberry OB Fryeri is a Ron’s Cichlids line-bred OB Fryeri strain selected for high-contrast blue, pale, and warm color potential. It blends the sleek Fryeri shape with the individuality of OB patterning, so each fish develops its own look.

Origin and Habitat

• Native Region: Ron’s Cichlids line-bred aquarium strain from Lake Malawi Fryeri stock.
• Natural Habitat: Fryeri are associated with rocky and intermediate Lake Malawi habitat; in aquariums, provide rock cover and open swimming space.

Physical Characteristics

• Size: 6-7 inches.
• Coloration: Variable blue, pale, orange, and red accents with OB markings; mature males show the strongest display.
• Body Shape: Streamlined hap body with a laterally compressed profile.

Behavior and Temperament

• Temperament: Mildly aggressive.
• Social Behavior: Best with peacocks and haps of similar size and temperament.

Aquarium Care

• Tank Size: A 75 gallon aquarium or larger is recommended.
