Copadichromis azureus
Azureus is a Lake Malawi hap valued for clean blue male color, active open-water movement, and a calmer presence than many large predator haps. It is a strong fit for a peacock and hap display with hard, alkaline water, sand, and plenty of swimming room.

Natural Habitat: Open and intermediate rocky areas where fish can move through the water column and use structure for cover.
Physical Characteristics

Coloration: Mature males develop the strongest blue display; females and juveniles are more silver-gray and subdued.
